Ashley Furniture offers one of the best warranty programs in the business, although it would be helpful to learn as much as you can about the company’s policies even before you make a purchase. Here is some information on how you can make the best of the warranty.

Under the terms of the Ashley Furniture warranty, all orders placed on the company website will be subjected to the company terms and conditions. Every order placed will effectively become binding once you have accepted it. You should therefore make certain to check every detail related to your order before placing it.

In some cases, Ashley Furniture may refuse to accept an order if the product ordered is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. The company may also refuse an order if a pricing or product description error has been detected, or if payment authorization is unavailable.

Returns and cancellations can be made for up to 7 days after the items to be returned have been delivered. If this seems to be too short a period to avail of the Ashley Furniture warranty, the good news is that the company also features a “goodwill policy” that allows you to hold on the merchandise for as long as 28 days within the date of purchase.

All products to be returned should be shipped back to the company in pristine and perfect condition with their original packaging.
